Just a sleep resolutions
When everything is seems to be hard
Sleeps is another options for relaxations
It’s not matter of how long we sleep
But how effective we are sleeping
Many doesn’t mean to be good
But little sometimes related with no good
It’s our choice when to sleep
The truth sleep is something we can’t avoid
Well, we shouldn’t avoid it
Embrace it
When we need it
Just give time for our body using it
Sleep is important
Our brain needs it
That’s way it called sleep
